| I've started this journal as a new relief away from other journal - which quite frankly is boring. Now, problems I have right now are: weight - I am totally addicted just to eating. This needs to stop before I get huge. exercise - I walk to uni, but that's not enough to cuonteract food (as above). I need to do more activities study - no motivation. This desperately needs work. The plan is to everyday try and do something in the area of each category to improve in these areas. Tomorrow - the 14 March, I have lots to do - I have to skip a class to get it done :( But if I do that, I can treat myself to a Starbux frap on Tuesday as a mini-reward. The plan is to: 1. Get tomorrow's class done by 12pm, work wise, 2. Finish torts by 10pm - this means working really hard. 3. Exercise...I'm not sure. I'll post what I do tomorrow - probably a walk. 4. No take away or heavily processed foods. OK, well the plan is done, now I just have to undertake it. Tomorrow is the challenge. | ||||||||||||
